LEGAL PROTOCOL
SECTION 1: ACCEPTANCE OF THE DOCTRINE
By accessing the Seitai Oasis network, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. This document constitutes a binding legal agreement between you, the user, and Seitai Oasis LTD, registered in the United Kingdom. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately disconnect from the terminal and cease all interaction with our modules. Access is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction. The system actively monitors for compliance and will enforce hard disconnects on any unverified nodes.
SECTION 2: NATURE OF THE SERVICE
Seitai Oasis provides a strictly social casino experience. This platform offers simulated gambling modules intended solely for entertainment and recreational purposes. There is absolutely no real money gambling involved, nor will there ever be. Virtual currency ("Kinetic Credits") acquired within the system cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or cashed out for real-world fiat currency, physical goods, cryptocurrencies, or any item of material value outside of the Oasis sandbox. Success or progression within our modules relies on our Social Harmonic Engine and does not guarantee or imply future success in actual real-money gambling environments.
SECTION 3: USER CONDUCT AND SYSTEM INTEGRITY
You agree to interact with the Oasis in a manner consistent with our philosophy of order and harmony. Any attempt to exploit, hack, reverse-engineer, DDoS, or otherwise disrupt the systemic architecture of the platform will result in immediate termination of your access protocol and a permanent IP ban. The use of automated scripts, macro programs, bots, or unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate the distribution of Kinetic Credits is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to audit accounts at our discretion and revoke virtual assets obtained through means that violate this doctrine.
SECTION 4: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND ARCHITECTURAL RIGHTS
All visual elements, kinetic art, auditory synthesis (Web Audio API sequences), and structural code comprising the Seitai Oasis are the exclusive property of Seitai Oasis LTD. The Neo-Tokyo brutalist design system, including all SVGs, layouts, and font implementations, is protected under international copyright law. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform for personal, non-commercial use. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, scraping, or modification of these assets constitutes a severe breach of protocol and will be pursued with full legal prejudice across applicable jurisdictions.
SECTION 5: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Seitai Oasis is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While our engineering team strives for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or entirely error-free. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including but not limited to loss of data, loss of virtual Kinetic Credits, or cognitive distress—resulting from the use or inability to use the platform. Your digital presence here is voluntary, and you assume all risks associated with navigating the Neo-Tokyo grid.
